What a finished display looks like

Trophy Club mixes established homes along the country club with newer neighborhoods in The Highlands, most under active HOAs. Many lots back onto the golf course or open space, which means homes are seen from more than one direction.
Golf-course lots have two fronts. On course frontage the back of the house faces the fairway and the neighbors across it. Where that applies we design the rear elevation too, so the display doesn't stop at the corners.
Newer builds show every detail. Homes in The Highlands are recent, with crisp gables and clean brick and stone. A roofline cut to the inch and clipped at even spacing is what makes them read as finished rather than DIY.
HOA guidelines designed in. Color, timing and placement rules are worked into the design from the start, with install and removal scheduled inside the windows most associations set.
Wind off the open space. Lots near open fairways and the lake take more wind. Every run is secured for it, and if a section shifts when a December front blows through, service is included all season.

Yes. Homes on the course are designed for both approaches so the rear elevation isn't dark when the front is lit. Mention it at the consultation so the design covers both.
