What a finished display looks like

Grapevine calls itself the Christmas Capital of Texas, and the whole town lights up for the season. At home, the architecture runs from century-old houses a few blocks off Main Street to established brick neighborhoods and newer builds near the lake, often within the same few miles.
Historic homes need a lighter touch. Older houses near downtown have wood trim, deep porches and original details worth keeping intact. Lighting follows the porch lines, columns and gables with clips made for painted wood, and nothing is left behind when it comes down.
Established streets, established trees. Grapevine's older neighborhoods carry mature oak and pecan canopy. Wrapping trunks and lower limbs puts light at eye level where the roofline is partly hidden.
Decades of architecture on one street. Single-story ranches sit beside two-story brick and newer stone builds. Every home is measured and designed on its own rather than repeating the house next door.
Lakeside lots are seen from more than one side. Near Grapevine Lake the back of the house and the outdoor living space can be as visible as the front. Where that applies we light both, so the display holds up from the patio as well as the street.

Yes. Clips are chosen for painted wood trim, gutters and porch rails, with no nails, staples or screws. Everything comes off in January exactly the way it went up.
Yes, and on many established Grapevine lots it matters more than the roofline. Under a mature canopy the roof is partly hidden from the street, so wrapping trunks and lower limbs is what makes the display visible from the road.
Yes. Lakeside homes can be designed for both approaches so the rear elevation isn't dark when the front is lit. Raise it at the consultation so the design covers both.
What you are promised
Design, lights, installation, service all season, January takedown and storage all sit inside the number you are quoted. Nothing is added later.
Everything is clipped to the roofline, gutters and trim. No nails, no staples, no screws, and nothing to patch when it comes down.
Bulbs, timers, wind and storm damage. Call or text us and we come out — service is unlimited all season and there is no per-visit charge.
We take it down, label it by section and store it until next season. Your garage stays empty and your weekend stays yours.

Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
