Keller is mostly master-planned neighborhoods with active HOAs, two-story brick and stone homes, and rooflines that repeat down the street. That makes precision the whole game: a straight, evenly spaced line reads as professional, and a sagging one is obvious next to the neighbors.
Clean lines on similar rooflines. When the houses on a street share the same shapes, the quality of the install is what stands out. Every run is custom-cut to the inch and clipped at even spacing so the lines stay straight corner to corner.
HOA rules are built into the design. We design to what your HOA allows on color, timing and placement, and schedule installs and January removal inside the windows most associations set.
Brick, stone and composition shingle. Most Keller homes are brick or stone with composition roofs. Clips are matched to each surface — shingle, gutter and trim — and nothing is nailed, stapled or drilled.
Younger trees, bigger accents. Newer neighborhoods tend to have smaller trees, so wrapped front-yard trees, garland on the entry and pathway lighting add depth that a roofline alone can't.

One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
