What a finished display looks like

Flower Mound runs from golf-course communities like Bridlewood to wooded large-lot streets in the Cross Timbers and newer builds near Lakeside. The town keeps a lot of its native tree cover, so the trees often matter as much as the house.
Native oaks everywhere. Post oaks and blackjack oaks from the Cross Timbers shade a lot of Flower Mound lots. Wrapping trunks and lower limbs puts light at eye level and turns the canopy into part of the display.
Golf and lake frontage. In Bridlewood and near the lake, back elevations face the fairway or the water. Where that applies we design both sides so the house holds up from every angle.
HOA-friendly by default. Most Flower Mound neighborhoods have HOAs. Color, timing and placement rules are designed in from the start, with installs and removal scheduled accordingly.
Brick and stone, clipped not drilled. Clips are matched to shingles, gutters and trim. Nothing is nailed into brick, stone or roof surfaces, and there is nothing to patch when it comes down.

Flower Mound questions
Yes, and on wooded Flower Mound lots it often matters more than the roofline. Under a native oak canopy the roof is partly hidden from the street, so wrapping trunks and lower limbs is what makes the display visible from the road.
Yes. Homes on the course or near the water are designed for both approaches so the rear elevation isn't dark when the front is lit. Raise it at the consultation so the design covers both.
The design is built around your HOA's guidelines on color, timing and placement. If your association has specific rules, share them at the consultation and we design to them from the start.
